I, ERNEST PHILIP HENRY LANG, of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Registrar of the Supreme Court of Hongkong, do hereby certify that the printed sheets hereunto annexed comprising 55 pages contain a true copy of the Motion for leave to appeal by the above named Appellants to His Majesty in His Privy Council from the judgment of the Full Court dated the 17th day of February 1936, affirming the judgment of His Honour the Chief Justice dated the 13th day of June 1935 and also a true and correct copy of all the various proceedings, decrees and orders had or made in these proceedings so far as the same have relation to the matters of the said appeal together with a true copy 10 of the reasons of His Honour Mr. Justice Lindsell, Chief Justice, and His Honour Mr. Justice Hayden for the said judgment, and an Index of all the papers and documents in the said proceedings, (except documents of merely formal character otherwise immaterial for the purpose of the said appeal) transmitted to the Registrar of the Privy Council pursuant to the Judicial Committee Rules 1925.
